Villa Overview
The multi-level architecture of the villa stands out for its charismatic extroversion for those who love the breeze and the eternal bright blue of the Athenian sky.
Ideal for large groups and families, our villa offers 5 bedrooms with their respective bathrooms (and a guest w/c), a living room and a dining room, and many outside spaced including 3 furnished balconies, 1 veranda with a dining table, and a lovely garden with a BBQ table.
This elegantly decorated villa is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. The main living room has its own fireplace, a TV (with access to cable TV), and a DVD player.
On the interior terrace of the living room is a library area with a sofa for work or relaxation and a bicycle and mattress for exercise enthusiasts.
The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave.
Towels and bed linen are provided, while each private bathroom is equipped with free toiletries and a hairdryer.
Free Wi-Fi is offered in all areas. There is also 1 free parking space.
The Athens International Airport is 48 km away and can be reached in less than 40 minutes, while the port of Piraeus is only 22 km away and can be reached in 15 minutes drive.
Master Suite

The Master Suite is on the 2nd floor, has a king size bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi, and a private balcony.
The Black Diamond Bedroom

The Black Diamond Bedroom is on the 2nd floor, has a double bed and exclusive access to a bathroom. It is a bright space that overlooks the city center.
The Rainbow Bedroom

The Rainbow Bedroom is on the 3rd floor, has 2 single beds and a sofa-bed, TV, and exclusive access to a bathroom.
It has its own balcony with a view to the Parthenon, and access to a secluded balcony, shared with the Blue Suite.
The Blue
Suite

The Blue Suite is on the 3rd floor, has 1 king size bed and a single bed, and exclusive access to a bathroom.
It has access to a secluded balcony, shared with the Rainbow Bedroom.
The Secret Room
[sleeps 2]
The Secret Room is located on an internal attic over the living room, and has a single bed and ensuite bathroom.
Common spaces
Our villa has many different common use spaces where you can spend time with your fellow travelers, relax, or work.
The main spaces include:
A dining area where you can have your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The large table is also great for work and collaboration.
A living room where you can relax, watch TV, or play board games, with a balcony to sit outside.
A fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals and drinks.
An internal balcony that features a library and a mini-gym.
A garden where you can have a barbeque (equipment included), or just spend time outside in the sweet Greek weather.
